Bread omelette is easy and quick breakfast made with bread and eggs.

Ingredients

  1. Bread slices. Brown bread or multigrain bread is healthier than white bread.
  2. Eggs -5
  3. Lettuce,tomato slices.onion chopped.
  4. Mayonise ,tomato sauce , sweet chilli sauce.
  5. Chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder,pepper powder.
  6. cumin seeds
  7. Salt as per taste.

Method

  1. Take a bowl,beat the eggs well. Add salt ,chilli powder,turmeric powder ,coriander powder ,cumin seeds,peppar powder and chopped onion into it.
  2. Heat fry pan .add butter and toast bread slices both sides.keep it aside.
  3. Add oil to same fry pan and pour breated egg mixtire on to it.cook on low flame.
  4. Flip the omelette .fry till it cooked.
  5. Place the bread slices on the omelette. add tomato slices on the bread ,then add trational mayonise and tomato sauce ontop of ot add lettuce and sweet chilli sauce.
  6. Fold the omelette along with bread .
  7. Serve hot.
