Apple a day keeps doctor away.

I am sharing apple milkshake a healthy recipe for kids.

Ingredients

  1. One apple – cut into pieces.
  2. 1 glass milk
  3. 1/2 cup ice cubes
  4. 1/2 cup dates
  5. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. 1/4 cinamam powder
  7. 1tbsp raisins

Method

  1. First soak dates in milk for 15 minutes.
  2. In mixer jar or blender jar add apple pieces, milk with dates and ice cubes. Then blend the ingredients.
  3. Pour into serving glass. Add raisins, cardamom powder and cinamom powder.
  4. Serve chilled.

Note: You can add your favorite nuts to milkshake as per your choice.
