I am sharing apple milkshake a healthy recipe for kids.
Ingredients
- One apple – cut into pieces.
- 1 glass milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 cinamam powder
- 1tbsp raisins
Method
- First soak dates in milk for 15 minutes.
- In mixer jar or blender jar add apple pieces, milk with dates and ice cubes. Then blend the ingredients.
- Pour into serving glass. Add raisins, cardamom powder and cinamom powder.
- Serve chilled.
Note: You can add your favorite nuts to milkshake as per your choice.
